Project Management
Each project is assigned an individual project manager who is in charge of management and follow up. Throughout the project your project manager is responsible for :
- Communication with you, the customer, at every stage of the project
- Project implementation in accordance with the project checklist
- Implementation of technical drawings, flow diagrams, system integration
- Custom manufacturing
- FAT & SAT procedures and protocols
- As-built documents and installation/maintenance manuals
- EC conformity
- Site supervision and support
